Wendy Dolce is the principal of Dolce Law PLLC, a practice focused on representing workers in employment matters and advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws in the United States. Before establishing her practice, she worked with large law firms as both a transactional and litigation attorney. She has represented employees and management in employment cases and litigated at non-profit organizations on behalf of low-income New Yorkers, including immigrant survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
Wendy has also served as a Human Rights Officer with the United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan before returning to New York to continue her work on labor rights and workplace compliance. She holds a JD with a specialization in International Legal Studies from Cornell Law School and an MA in Human Rights and Conflict Management from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. She is based in New York, USA.
