Paloma Paiva

Research Assistant

Paloma Paiva is a research assistant at Future Horizons Institute, working on projects in the areas of sustainability, environmental governance, climate change, and just transition. She supports research, information gathering and analysis, contributing to knowledge production and to strengthening national and international discussions on sustainability.


Paloma is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Management and participates in sustainability-related extension projects at the Federal Fluminense University (UFF) in Brazil. She also has additional training in marketing and communications, including studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the United States, which she applies in the production and dissemination of research and technical publications at the Institute.
