Joyce Nangai has over 19 years of experience in corporate affairs and communications, managing and overseeing donor-funded projects. She is currently Head of Projects and Communications at the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE), where she collaborates with the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO). She is also responsible for publications, planning, monitoring, and reporting functions at ATE.

Joyce holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Dar es Salaam and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI). She is based in Tanzania.
