Gonzalo Meschengieser is an international strategist specializing in water, sustainable development, international cooperation, and business, working at the intersection of academia, development cooperation, and private investment across the Global South.

He serves as CEO of the Argentine Water Chamber, Co-Founder and Director of Latam Water, Dean of International Relations at Delta National University, Fellow of the Danida Fellowship Centre (Denmark), where he coordinates the Water Expert Group, and Co-Founder of Brazil Investment Hub.

Originally trained as a medical doctor with a specialization in international relations, Gonzalo approaches water as a strategic asset that connects public health, territory, economic development, and long-term resilience. He leads and advises initiatives that foster collaboration between Latin America, Europe, and Africa, combining international cooperation with impact-driven investment.
