Anita Olsen is Business Development Director at Blue Resource Group, a Norwegian seafood company focused on sustainable value chains in global markets. The group’s operations span aquaculture, value-added processing, sales, and marketing. Anita has a broad background in the seafood industry and is a specialist in category management, having worked for over a decade at Norway’s largest retail group and more recently at a leading seafood wholesaler. Her expertise includes product management, product development, and procurement management, with experience in seafood sales, marketing, and project management. 

She studied aquaculture at Nord University, Norway.
